The Digital Workplace Manager - Teams & Collaboration expert will design, implement, and optimize collaboration tools, focusing on Office 365 and mainly MSFT Teams, to improve communication and efficiency within the organization. This position is based in Porto region and requires occasional visits to the factory while offering a remote work arrangement.

As a Digital Connection Project manager, your mission is to support digital connections accelerations with our customers and digital players.

• Manage all non technical service oriented processes being part within a formal ITIL Enterprise Foundation framework (ITSM).
• Focus on QoS, Process Evolution, Design and operations for distributed managed OS Product Teams.

- Owns deliverables/areas of an engagement/project with minimal input - delivering quality outputs and helping review the work of less experienced members of the engagement/project team;

- Contributes to the planning and delivery of engagements including work plans, timelines, project management and resource allocation;

* Manage Microsoft 365 Environment: Oversee Exchange Online & Archiving, SharePoint, Teams & Voice, OneDrive, Security & Compliance Center, certificates, EntraID (incl. connectors).

* Ensure proper licensing, backup/restore solutions, and related systems like compliance.
