  • Manage and enhance SAP O2C processes to align with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
  • Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving SAP O2C module issues.
  • Configure and customise SAP O2C modules based on client specifications.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support for SAP O2C functionalities.
  • Document processes and maintain system-related documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance to recommend improvements

Perfil ideal

A successful Senior SAP O2C Consultant should have:

  • Proven experience working with SAP O2C modules in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Experience in system configuration and customisation within SAP O2C.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
