Our client is seeking a Supplier Quality Expert - Auditor to join the quality team.

• Work in the implementation of Group's Risk Management and Internal Audit model and providing an assessment on Group internal controls;
• Identifying key findings and propose recommendations to address risks and reinforce internal controls.

Ce poste d'audit offre rapidement des responsabilités importantes, avec la possibilité de coacher des équipes et de travailler sur des mandats variés pour des clients suisses et internationaux. Le candidat idéal est un expert-comptable bilingue avec 4 à 7 ans d'expérience, capable de garantir la qualité des audits et de développer la clientèle grâce à une approche entrepreneuriale.

Ce poste implique de diriger une équipe, de gérer un portefeuille clients varié et de participer aux décisions stratégiques. Le candidat idéal est un expert-comptable avec 7 à 10 ans d'expérience en audit externe en Suisse, dont 3 ans en management. Maîtrise des normes IFRS/US GAAP et bilinguisme français-anglais requis.

Responsible for audit plans in finance, technology, operations, strategic and compliance and execute department technology reviews in the field designed to assess compliance with the Company's operational and financial control procedures.

Works with the audit team and management to recommended operational changes or financial procedures and internal controls to identify exceptions to established norms.

• The role involves preparing and analyzing financial statements in compliance with Portuguese accounting standards (NCRF), managing daily accounting operations, conducting internal audits, and coordinating with external auditors. Additionally, the Chartered Accountant will provide financial analysis to senior management, oversee strategic activities, develop the accounting area and manage special projects.

The Financial Director will develop and manage budgets, oversee financial reporting, audits, and controls, and implement continuous improvement plans for organisational efficiency.
