  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing Data Science and AI team, fostering innovation, collaboration and technical excellence.
  • Define and implement the Data Science and AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term objectives.
  • Drive the development and deployment of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Predictive Analytics solutions across multiple business domains.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities where data and AI can generate measurable business impact.
  • Lead the delivery of strategic Data & AI projects, ensuring quality, scalability, governance and business value realization.
  • Promote best practices in Data Governance, Data Quality, MLOps and AI adoption.
  • Translate complex analytical insights into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and trends in AI, GenAI, Big Data and Advanced Analytics.

Perfil ideal

  • Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics or Artificial Intelligence roles, including team leadership responsibilities.
  • Previous experience within leading consulting firms or technology consulting environments is highly valued.
  • Proven track record leading complex Data & AI transformation projects from strategy definition through delivery.
  • Strong project and programme management capabilities, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging executive-level stakeholders.
  • Passion for innovation, technology and utilizing data to drive business outcomes.

Vantagens

Annual salary between EUR 75,000 and EUR 80,000.

Annual bonus.
