It operates internationally, supporting animal health through innovation and quality.DescriçãoDefine and lead the global product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for Factory Operations and Late-Stage Drug Product Development, aligned to DRD & DMS, SAP, data, cyber, architecture and transformation priorities.Act as senior product authority for the domain, setting product direction, prioritisation, roadmap sequencing and value outcomes across manufacturing, quality, R&D and operational stakeholders.Govern the product portfolio across MES, QC laboratory systems, manufacturing analytics, OEE, site applications, late-stage development systems and related integration capabilities.Shape business cases, investment recommendations and value realisation plans, balancing strategic value, compliance, operational risk, lifecycle cost, user adoption and delivery capacity.Lead through matrix structures across Product Owners, business SMEs, architects, delivery teams, service teams, vendors and partners to deliver agreed product outcomes.Define the product and integration approach for acquired or newly established manufacturing sites, including SAP dependencies, operational data, support models and asset governanceEnsure products meet relevant GxP, SOx, data integrity, validation, audit, access, cyber, privacy, third-party risk and operational resilience requirements.Drive product simplification, standardisation, rationalisation and continuous improvement while protecting critical manufacturing, quality and development outcomes.Manage vendor and partner contribution to product strategy, delivery, support and roadmap execution, ensuring alignment with companies priorities and service expectations.Perfil idealRelevant degree, professional qualification or equivalent experience in technology, product management, manufacturing, quality, pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, engineering, data, digital transformation or a related business domain.Professional Qualification(s) Relevant product management, agile delivery, technology, manufacturing systems, GxP, validation, service management, architecture, data, cyber, vendor management or programme delivery qualifications are beneficial.
