The role is part of a Consulting team focused on finance and business transformation projects, supporting clients across different industries in improving operating models, processes and organizational performance. The professional will be involved in strategic and operational initiatives with exposure to transformation, digitalization and performance improvement projects.

Descrição

  • Participate in projects related to Finance Transformation and broader management functions, including Enterprise Target Operating Model, Global Business Services, Enterprise Performance Management, Strategic Cost Transformation, M&A, Digital & AI Transformation and ERP Enabled Transformation;
  • Prepare and structure presentations, analysis and project deliverables using PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Support strategic and operational decision-making through quantitative and qualitative analysis;
  • Present project outputs and recommendations to different stakeholders;
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support transformation initiatives;
  • Manage workstreams autonomously and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams;
  • Support and guide junior team members when required.



Perfil ideal

  • 1 to 6 years of professional experience;
  • Background in Consulting, Finance Transformation, Strategic Planning, M&A, Business Development, Digital Transformation or Continuous Improvement;
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments;
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Anaplan, RPA or similar tools is a plus;
  • Fluent in English.
