The Reporting Specialist is responsible for providing data-driven insights to improve performance across the
Shared Services Center (SSC). Collaborating with operational leaders in various functions (R2R, P2P, O2C, HR,
etc.), the Reporting Specialist defines KPIs, standardizes reporting frameworks, and develops advanced
dashboards to ensure actionable insights.

The P2P Supervisor leads the Procure-to-Pay operations team, managing team members, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and vendor reconciliations. The supervisor ensures vendors are paid to agreed terms, compliance with internal controls is maintained, and accounts payable processes align with global best practices.
