The group is now preparing for the implementation of a new Regional Shared Service Centre.DescriçãoMonitor and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Process monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.Collect, validate, and process payroll inputs such as overtime, absences, bonuses, salary changes, and benefits.Review payroll calculations, payslips, and payroll reports.Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR and payroll systems.Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, and employee-related documentation.Issue employee declarations, certificates, and other administrative documents.Administer and maintain time & attendance systems.Monitor vacation balances, leave requests, absences, and attendance records.Ensure accurate integration of time management data into payroll.Coordinate occupational health examinations and follow-up activities.Manage relationships with occupational health providers.Administer employee insurance programs, including health and work accident insurance.Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll and HR administration queries.Support compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and administrative requirements.Prepare reports and support internal and external audits.Identify opportunities to improve payroll and people administration processes.Perfil ideal3-5+ years of experience in Payroll and HR Administration.Strong hands-on experience with end-to-end payroll processing.Solid knowledge of labor legislation and payroll practices.Experience drafting and managing employment contracts and related HR documentation.Knowledge of time and attendance management systems.Experience coordinating occupational health processes and providers.Experience managing employee benefits, including health and work accident insurance.Strong understanding of payroll inputs, payroll controls, and compliance requirements.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organizational and prioritization skills.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Customer-service mindset with the ability to support employees and managers effectively.Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently.Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Advanced Excel skills are highly desirable.Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus.VantagensA great opportunity for career growth.Pesquise mais OfertasIsadora FariasQuote job refJN-072026-7070673Resumo da FunçãoSetorHuman ResourcesSubsetorHR PayrollAdicionar indústriaBusiness ServicesLocalizaçãoPortoTipo de contratoIndefinidoNome do ConsultorIsadora FariasReferência da OfertaJN-072026-7070673
