Our client is a leading international organization with a well-established Shared Services Centre supporting multiple European markets. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Waste Management Specialist to join their operations team.

Descrição

  • Managing incoming customer requests related to waste movements and collections;
  • Processing and coordinating transfer station disposal orders;
  • Organising and overseeing transport and logistics activities to ensure timely execution;
  • Coordinating closely with logistics partners and internal teams to manage schedules and operational priorities;
  • Monitoring operational processes and proactively resolving logistical issues;
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal procedures;
  • Supporting tax rebate processes across customer facilities and warehouses;
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the wider team as required;
  • Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Perfil ideal

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Logistics Coordination, Operations, Supply Chain, Waste Management, or a similar environment;
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
  • Experience within a Shared Services Centre or multinational environment will be considered an advantage;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Additional European languages will be valued.
