As part of its continued growth and transformation journey, the company is looking to strengthen its Finance team with the recruitment of a Payroll Senior Specialist based in Lisbon.

Descrição

  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations for employees in Portugal;
  • Maintain payroll data integrity and administer compensation and benefits platforms;
  • Coordinate with external payroll providers and vendors;
  • Lead payroll transformation initiatives in collaboration with regional payroll teams;
  • Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor, tax, and social security regulations;
  • Act as the subject matter expert for complex payroll issues and support employee lifecycle administration;
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to optimize payroll processes, enhance automation, and leverage digital and AI-driven solutions;
  • Produce payroll reports, reconciliations, and analyses, and support internal and external payroll audits;
  • Oversee the corporate credit card program (AMEX) in collaboration with the Global Credit Card team.

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline;
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years' experience in payroll processing within Portugal, ideally in a multinational or professional services environment;
  • Strong knowledge of Portuguese payroll legislation, tax regulations, and social security requirements;
  • Experience working with outsourced payroll providers and vendor management;
  • Previous experience with ADP payroll solutions will be highly valued;
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with HRIS platforms, ideally Workday;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is considered a strong plus;
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
