We are looking for a Senior Manager - Payroll to lead and evolve our payroll operations across the Americas. You will partner closely with HR, Finance, and external providers, playing a key role in strengthening payroll operations and supporting strategic decision-making across the region.

  • Lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries in LATAM and the US
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, labor, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and optimize relationships with external payroll vendors
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring data accuracy and readiness
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership teams
  • Act as a payroll subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery aligned with SLAs
  • Lead and develop a team

Perfil ideal

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Payroll certification (e.g., CIPP) is a plus
  • 12+ years of experience across payroll, HR, finance, or tax compliance
  • Experience working with external payroll providers and vendor management
  • Ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment
  • Strong experience managing multi-country payroll operations across LATAM and the US
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance across the Americas
  • Fluent English Level
  • Experience in shared services environments
  • Exposure to payroll transformation or system implementations
  • Background in manufacturing or regulated industries
  • Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, SAP, Workday
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management
  • Strategic mindset with ability to execute
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
  • Strong communication skills across multiple levels
  • Change management and continuous improvement mindset
