Descrição

Um/a Senior Accounts Payables bem-sucedido/a deve ter:

  • Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare relevant reports.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts payable function.
  • Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Perfil ideal

A successful Senior Accounts Payables should have:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable, ideally in the industrial or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, policies, and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams.
