  • Adapt Global P2P Standards: Translate global Accounts Payable Procurement-to-Pay (P2P-AP) processes into SAP S/4HANA Retail functionality while leveraging industry best practices.
  • Customization vs. Standardization: Navigate the balance between necessary customizations for specific business requirements and adherence to standard practices to maintain system integrity.
  • Process Optimization Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to refine business processes, ensuring that the SAP system fully supports these operations.
  • System Integration Efforts: Collaborate on integrating SAP S/4HANA with other internal and external systems, facilitating smooth data transfer and functionality.
  • User Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to users, equipping them with the knowledge needed to utilize the SAP system effectively.
  • Technical Feasibility Assessments: Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Solution Compliance Assurance: Ensure that both functional and technical solutions align with business needs and organizational guidelines.
  • Knowledge Transfer Support: Facilitate effective functional and technical knowledge transfer to Application Maintenance Support teams.

Perfil ideal

  • Demonstrated experience in SAP S/4 HANA transformation projects, particularly in greenfield implementations.
  • Strong understanding of relevant SAP S/4 HANA modules, specifically: Finance (Account Payable), Project System, Controlling, as well SAP VIM, SAP Rebate Settlement, S/4HANA Workflows, Delegation of Authorities in S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Custom Application Development.
  • Configuration Skills: Proficient in configuring SAP FI, VIM, ensuring alignment of Account Payable processes with best practices.
  • Ability to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Integration Tool Experience: Familiarity with SAP integration tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and end-users.
  • Project Management Abilities: Capacity to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are advantageous.
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide a technical team effectively.
  • Fluency in English; Portuguese language skills are a plus.
