This position plays a central role in ensuring the effective management, performance and compliance of external servicers responsible for NPL portfolio operations. The Relationship Manager will evaluate operational quality, propose improvements, monitor KPIs and ensure alignment between the company's strategy and execution on the ground. It is a highly analytical, hands‑on role with strong influence on portfolio outcomes.

Descrição

Verify that the Servicer(s) is/are following the agreed plans and strategies;

  • Ensure the Servicer quality, using all possible resources, such as KPI and call listening;
  • Support the servicer (call center) to maximize performance through meetings with servicer's personnel to identify areas of improvement;
  • Review reports and reconciliation;
  • Internal presentation of findings and proposal of actions/remedies;
  • Review legal actions strategy to propose adjustments if needed and next steps;
  • Investigate areas of improvement through case by case review and assessment;
  • Set and control KPI's for and with the servicer on (sub)processes;
  • Identify areas of improvement of portfolio's management;
  • Conduct audits at the servicer on operational processes.

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Law or a related field;
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within NPL operations (secured/unsecured);
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently;
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem‑solving mindset;
  • Resilience, adaptability and ability to work under pressure;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
