Descrição

  • Provide leadership and oversight for core procurement operational activities that enable efficient day‑to‑day execution across business units and regions;
  • Support the design, refinement, and oversight of procurement processes across the purchasing lifecycle, including requisitioning, ordering, supplier onboarding, and transactional support activities;
  • Contribute to the development and adoption of common procurement practices to improve consistency and transparency;
  • Support the effective use and evolution of procurement-related systems and tools, in partnership with IT and other stakeholders;
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving digital workflows, increasing automation, and enhancing user experience across procurement platforms;
  • Participate in process documentation, standard work development, and change initiatives that improve scalability and efficiency;
  • Support governance activities related to procurement data, including supplier information, catalogues, approval structures, and purchasing records;
  • Help ensure procurement activities align with internal policies, compliance requirements, and audit expectations;
  • Assist with maintaining clear operating guidelines and control frameworks for transactional procurement activities;
  • Contribute to the tracking and analysis of operational metrics related to procurement efficiency, service levels, and compliance;
  • Identify improvement opportunities through data, stakeholder feedback, and operational performance indicators;
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance procurement effectiveness and service delivery;
  • Work closely with other functions and business stakeholders to align operational procurement activities with evolving business needs;
  • Act as a point of coordination across teams when implementing process or system changes impacting procurement operations;
  • Contribute to team capability development by supporting knowledge sharing, process clarity, and best practices across procurement operations;
  • Provide guidance, coaching, or escalation support as needed within procurement operational or enablement activities.

Perfil ideal

  • Experience in Procurement operations, Procurement enablement, or Procurement systems support roles;
  • Exposure to Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) environments and common procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, or similar);
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in process optimization, standardization, and automation;
  • Familiarity with working in complex, multi‑regional or matrixed environments;
  • Experience supporting or working alongside shared services, operational teams, or transformation initiatives is desirable;
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to operate across functional boundaries.
