The Operations & Credit Analyst will support the finance and operations functions by managing credit risk, monitoring customer collections, ensuring accurate financial reconciliations, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting activities. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the role will help drive operational efficiency, support audit and compliance requirements, and provide analytical insights to support business decision-making.

Descrição

  • Monitor customer receipts and support cash flow forecasting.
  • Review customer credit limits and insurance coverage.
  • Release customer orders in line with credit policies.
  • Support audit activities with relevant data and documentation.
  • Investigate customer deductions and debit notes.
  • Perform account reconciliations and accrual reviews.
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding and registration processes.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with fleet management and vendor coordination.

Perfil ideal

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, credit control, order-to-cash, or operations-related finance roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in credit risk assessment, collections monitoring, and financial reconciliations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and process improvement.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across finance, operations, and commercial teams.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in driving efficiencies and operational excellence.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is considered an advantage.
