Guardar Regressar à pesquisa Descrição Resumo Ofertas Semelhantes Added 19/08/2026Our client is a Global Consultancy firm.2 year mission working for global projects.Sobre o nosso clienteOur client is a Global Consultancy firm with Offices in Lisbon.DescriçãoThe MSP/VMS Vendor & Contract Support Specialist will manage the following tasks:Validate receipt of all required supplier contracts and agreements prior to production configuration activities- tracking outstanding documents;Support the supplier End User Agreement (EUA) process, including distributing contracts and tracking execution;Coordinate with the MSP team to ensure signed supplier CAAs and other required agreements are returned by program deadlines;Organize and maintain a centralized contract repository; ensure all supplier documents are complete, current, and properly filed;Work closely with the Supplier Enablement Lead by coordinating activities, sharing implementation updates, tracking readiness, resolving operational issues and ensuring actions are completed;Coordinate supplier deliverables, collecting required information, managing contract execution, resolving day-to-day operational queries and ensuring supplier readiness activities are completed in partnership with the Supplier Enablement Lead and MSP;Support communication of program expectations, timelines, and go-live requirements to the supplier base;Coordinate collection of worker/supplier data, validate quality, resolve issues and support migration activities;Compile worker and supplier data into data collection workbooks and complete business validation of the data ahead of test and production uploads;Support preparation and execution of data uploads for solution validation and production datasets;Assist with testing the worker data collection process and documenting error handling procedures;Support audit of production configuration and data as part of the go-live checklist validation;Serve as the primary operational contact for the MSP Supply Chain Lead throughout the implementation, with the internal Supply Chain Lead providing overall direction and governance;Ensure the supply chain workstream stays on track.
