A Senior Modern Workplace Cloud Engineer must have:

  • Design and implement modern workplace cloud solutions to support business operations.
  • Manage and optimize cloud-based platforms such as Sharepoint and One Drive, ensuring security and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance, resolving issues as they arise.
  • Develop and document technical procedures and best practices.
  • Support the integration of cloud technologies with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular system updates and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams.

Perfil ideal

A successful Modern Workplace Cloud Engineer should have:

  • Proven experience in managing and implementing cloud-based Microsoft 365 workplace solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Proficiency in system integration and performance optimization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Communicate fluently in English, Portuguese is a Plus.
  • Availability to travel to attend training and work related meetings.
