Descrição

  • Manage the full post‑sales relationship, taking ownership of clients after the handover from the Account Executive.
  • Oversee a portfolio of mid‑market B2B accounts, ensuring the ability to manage clients with annual business volumes above €50k.
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention through ongoing support, value delivery, and proactive account health monitoring.
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor to help clients optimize their use of the solution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful renewals.



Perfil ideal

  • Successful B2B Account management experience. Proven ability to design and executive a systematic upsell and cross-sell playbook across the Mid-market Segment.
  • Experience running a technical, IT-heavy Sales process.
  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to build rapport with GM, C-level executives across multiple cultures . Experience closing customers in multiple countries.
  • Intra-preneur, Self-driven, Process-oriented. Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and comfortable in a chaotic, ever-evolving environment.
  • Working Languages: English + other languages (Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian).

  • €28,280 annual base salary + meal allowance of 10.2€ per day * 11 months via Coverflex + bonus up to 40% (paid quarterly)
  • Permanent contract - 3‑month probation period
