Responsabilities:

• Lead the technical management of the valuation and advisory department, ensuring excellence in methodologies, quality standards and compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of valuation and advisory projects across multiple real estate asset classes.
• Act as the main point of contact for key clients, building and strengthening long-term relationships.
• Manage, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Ensure efficient operational processes, resource allocation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and act as a reference point for complex valuation projects and strategic assignments.
• Support the company's positioning and growth strategy within the local market.
