1. Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end Supply Chain Transformation projects, including diagnostics, solution design, roadmap development, and implementation support.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery aligned with project objectives.
  • Conduct detailed assessments of supply chain processes across:
    • Demand Planning & Forecasting
    • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP / IBP)
    • Procurement & Strategic Sourcing
    • Inventory & Warehouse Management
    • Logistics & Distribution
    • Manufacturing & Production Operations
  • Develop data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.



2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client operations and supply chain leaders.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and executive presentations.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations fluently and persuasively in English.
  • Build long-term client relationships that support account growth and repeat business.



3. Digital & Technology Enablement

  • Evaluate and support implementation of supply chain technologies, including:
    • ERP systems (SAP MM/PP/SD, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
    • Advanced Planning Systems (SAP IBP, OMP, Kinaxis, Anaplan)
    • Procurement platforms
    • Analytics solutions (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Promote data-driven decision-making, automation, and digital transformation opportunities.
  • Assess KPIs such as OTIF, service levels, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and cost‑to‑serve.



4. Team Leadership

  • Supervise consultants and senior consultants, providing coaching, feedback, and quality oversight.
  • Foster a collaborative project environment and support team development.
  • Contribute to internal practice-building, methodologies, and thought leadership.

Perfil ideal



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in consultancy (Big Four, global advisory, or niche supply chain consulting) or operations management roles (planning, logistics, procurement, manufacturing).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage supply chain transformation initiatives or operational improvement projects.
  • Proven track record coordinating complex stakeholder groups and leading workstreams.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and performance metrics.
  • Experience with planning, logistics, procurement, or manufacturing systems.
  • Advanced analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and data modelling.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and structured analysis abilities.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage client expectations.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced consulting environments.
