1. Client Advisory & Delivery Excellence

  • Lead Finance Transformation engagements from diagnostic to implementation.
  • Advise CFOs and senior finance leaders on target operating models, process re‑design and digital finance strategies.
  • Translate client challenges into actionable solutions and transformation roadmaps.
  • Ensure high‑quality deliverables consistent with consultancy standards.



2. Finance Process & Operating Model Transformation

  • Analyse and redesign core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, Treasury).
  • Define future-state finance operating models (centralized, hybrid, shared services, GBS, CoEs).
  • Identify opportunities for standardization, automation and digitalization.



3. Technology Enablement & Digital Finance

  • Support selection and implementation of Finance technologies: ERP (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics), EPM tools, analytics platforms, automation (RPA/AI).
  • Provide insight into digital accelerators and emerging technologies shaping the finance function.
  • Work closely with technology teams to bridge business requirements and system design.



4. Project, Stakeholder & Team Management

  • Manage multiple project workstreams with clear timelines, risks and budgets.
  • Lead consultant and senior consultant teams, providing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure strong client satisfaction and account growth opportunities.

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting or related field.
  • 5-7 years in consultancy firms (Big Four, global advisory firms, or specialized finance transformation boutiques).
  • Demonstrated experience delivering finance transformation, process re‑engineering or digital finance programs.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
  • Strong experience preparing executive‑level presentations and business cases.
  • Deep understanding of finance processes, controls and reporting cycles.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of automation/analytics tools.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and executive‑presence skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead transformation discussions.
  • High level of resilience, adaptability and client-service mindset.
  • Consistently delivers project value with measurable improvements.
  • Trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leadership teams.
  • Strong team leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Contributes to business development and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Fluency in English - mandatory.
