As a Junior Investment Data Officer in Mamer, you will work within the Analytics department of a Financial Services organisation, helping maintain accurate investment data for business use. You will handle data-related activities that support clear reporting and informed decisions across the organisation.

  • Set up new financial instruments, funds and data feeds in our client systems.
  • Monitor daily NAV imports and resolve missing, failed or inconsistent files with IT.
  • Operate EMIR reporting controls, covering completeness, accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaise with trade repositories, fund administrators and other service providers to resolve reporting issues.
  • Perform data-quality controls and coordinate the remediation of exceptions.
  • Maintain records of issues and follow-up actions.
  • Help improve and automate recurring data processes and controls.

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, business, data management, mathematics, information systems or a related field.
  • Interest in investment funds, financial instruments and data management.
  • Analytical, structured and detail-oriented approach.
  • Good Excel skills and confidence working with structured data.
  • Strong problem-solving, organisational and communication skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work effectively with Risk Management, IT and external service providers.
  • No previous full-time professional experience required.
