You'll contribute to the design, development, and deployment of internal tools/services that drive operational efficiency and innovation.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining web applications using modern front end and back end frameworks.
  • Developing internal AI-powered tools, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) services using the latest AI models.
  • Participating in the full development life cycle from requirement gathering and design to testing, deployment and maintenance.
  • Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using Docker and Azure.
  • Designing and deploying RESTful APIs and back end services.
  • Writing clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Work closely with IT, project and business teams to deliver high-impact solution.
  • Supporting internal users, gathering feedback, and iterating on tools to improve usability.

Perfil ideal

A successful Junior Fullstack Engineer should have experience with:

  • A solid understanding of front-end and back-end development technologies;
  • Python (Pandas, Numpy, Pydantic, LangChain) or C#;
  • Python Frameworks: Django, Flask or FastAPI;
  • Cloud: Azure infrastructure and services;
  • SQL (MSSQL);
  • Front end: VueJS or React, HTML/CSS, TypeScript;
  • DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines;
  • AI: GenAI (Gemini, Claude, Mistral, etc…), RAG, GitHub Copilot or similar AI Dev Tools
  • Git and version control workflows;
  • API development and integration experience;
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment;
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
