Um/a IT Service Desk (O365 and W11) bem-sucedido/a deve ter:

  • Provide first-line technical support for O365 and Windows 11-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
  • Monitor and manage IT service requests, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless technology operations.
  • Document technical solutions and maintain up-to-date records of incidents and resolutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users to enhance their technical proficiency.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in O365 and Windows 11 to ensure continuous improvement.

Perfil ideal

A successful IT Service Desk (O365 and W11) should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of O365 and Windows 11, including troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Fluency in English and German.
