  • The role will directly manage the Coordinators based in Lisbon and Porto, ensuring the efficient execution of acquisition activities across the country. This includes prioritising property inspections, reviewing site reports, coordinating daily investment activity and maintaining the highest standards of reporting, execution and communication with the Madrid headquarters.
  • Building company´s presence in Portugal will be a key objective of this role. The Country Leader will establish and nurture relationships with brokers, agencies, developers and key market participants to generate new investment opportunities and strengthen the company's local network. The role also involves continuously monitoring market trends, identifying emerging opportunities and contributing to Almond's long-term growth strategy in Portugal.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining full visibility of the Portuguese investment pipeline through regular reporting and KPI tracking. Working closely with the Spanish Investment team, they will prepare pipeline updates, present investment opportunities and ensure acquisitions progress efficiently while meeting the company's investment targets.

Perfil ideal

Requirements

● Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Investment, Private Equity or Asset Management.

● Proven experience leading residential acquisition processes.

● Strong financial modelling and investment analysis skills.

● Excellent commercial, negotiation and relationship management capabilities.

● Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale operations.

● Portuguese, English and Spanish is an add value.
