  • This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the financial future of a fast-growing multinational organisation currently preparing for a potential IPO. Working closely with the FP&A Director, CFO, Executive Leadership Team and shareholders, you will support strategic decision-making, financial planning, performance management and finance transformation initiatives across the Group.

Descrição

    • Lead Group budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
    • Produce executive and Board-level management reporting and performance analysis.
    • Support financing, capital markets and IPO readiness activities.
    • Monitor Group performance and identify risks, opportunities and value creation initiatives.
    • Drive improvements in FP&A processes, reporting automation and data analytics capabilities.
    • Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance and Operations to support business growth and performance.
    • Support SG&A monitoring and cost optimisation initiatives.

Perfil ideal

    • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
    • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Audit, Consulting or Investment Banking.
    • Strong financial modelling, analytical and business partnering skills.
    • Experience in multinational and fast-paced environments.
    • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting and BI tools.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
    • Fluent English.
