Descrição

  • Provide high-quality customer support via telephone.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience in every interaction.
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships through personalized support.
  • Manage customer inquiries from first contact through to resolution.
  • Advise customers on products, services and available solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable options.
  • Communicate in a professional, empathetic and solution-oriented manner.
  • Take ownership of customer requests and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.

Perfil ideal

  • Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level).
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, Hospitality, Retail, Tourism or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proactive and solution-driven approach.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and systems.
  • Commercial awareness is a plus.
