Data Analyst

Drive data enablement and clean-up initiatives by planning and executing one-off data clean-up campaigns and reconciling master and reference data to ensure consistency and usability:

Manage end-to-end data delivery processes, including monitoring data flows from internal and external providers, enforcing service level agreements (SLAs), and tracking and reporting on data delivery KPIs;

Provide operational data support and administration by executing recurring data operations such as routine uploads and maintenance tasks, ensuring full traceability through audit trails;

Perform data mapping and transformation by converting provider data into standardized target formats, conducting pre-validation checks, and ensuring data quality before further use;

Support federated data validation processes by conducting central checks for key datasets (e.g., rent roll, financial data) and coordinating with business stakeholders who retain final approval responsibility;

Handle data issue resolution and coordination by managing intake, triage, and routing of data issues, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs, and coordinating feedback with data providers;

Maintain and enrich the business glossary and metadata by supporting the population, documentation, and ongoing curation of data definitions and metadata assets;

Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to align on data definitions, quality standards, and operational processes, acting as a bridge between providers, platform teams, and end users;

Ensure compliance with established data governance standards by applying data quality rules, governance policies, and documentation requirements across all data service activities.
