You will supervise the O2C Supervisor (managing a team of 7 Accounts Receivable professionals) and the Credit Management Supervisor, ensuring accurate invoicing, collections, cash application, and proactive credit risk assessment. Your role will focus on driving process improvements, enabling compliance, and delivering measurable results on overdue balances, metrics, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Manage and develop two supervisors (O2C and Credit Management) and oversee their teams' performance.
  • Order-to-Cash Operations: Ensure timely execution of invoicing, cash application, collections, and dispute resolution aligned with SLA requirements.
  • Credit Management: Implement strong credit policies, assess risks, and proactively manage customer creditworthiness and overdue accounts.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements, leveraging SAP S/4 and automation tools.
  • Reporting: Deliver clear monthly KPIs and risk metrics to senior management, highlighting key achievements and resolving escalated issues from customers.

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with leadership skills in O2C and/or Credit Management roles.
  • Proven experience managing multinational teams and projects in Shared Service environments.
  • Expertise working with ERP systems (SAP S/4) and strong analytical tools (Excel: pivot tables and macros).
  • Advanced knowledge of accounts receivable, customer invoicing, risk assessment, and credit management principles.
  • Excellent leadership skills to inspire and develop teams effectively.
  • Proactive and solutions-driven, with strong organizational and communication abilities.
