We are looking for a senior leader to drive our end‑to‑end Collections operation, ensuring sustainable performance, operational excellence and high‑performing teams. This is a strategic role with direct impact on the business and strong visibility at Executive Board level and Clients.

Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and implement the operational strategy for the Collections area
  • Lead supervisory teams and their respective managers/agents
  • Translate business objectives into concrete operational plans
  • Drive productivity, quality, and profitability



Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for the Executive Board and Clients
  • Participate actively in strategic and performance meetings
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and service improvement
  • Represent the operation with external partners



Performance & Results

  • Monitor critical KPIs (recovery, efficiency, quality, costs)
  • Set ambitious and sustainable targets
  • Analyze data to support informed decision‑making
  • Implement action plans and continuous improvement initiatives



Organizational Development

  • Provide coaching and development for supervisory teams
  • Foster a culture of accountability and high performance
  • Manage resources, workforce planning, and process optimization
  • Ensure legal and quality compliance

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Solid experience in senior management of collections or contact center operations
  • Proven experience leading leaders (supervisors/coordinators)
  • Strong strategic capacity and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills at the highest level
  • Analytical mindset with strong data orientation
  • Resilient, decisive, and results-driven profile
  • Experience managing corporate clients (valued)
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and MS Office (advanced Excel preferred)
