Responsible for driving sales growth and business development within the assigned territory, managing key accounts and identifying new opportunities. Builds strong customer relationships, negotiates commercial agreements and ensures sales targets are achieved through close market monitoring and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Develop and execute sales and prospecting plans within assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
  • Build strong customer relationships and drive business development.
  • Present and negotiate commercial proposals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs.
  • Track sales performance, margins and targets, implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service, A&D and other internal teams.
  • Deliver sales targets and individual performance objectives.



Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design or related field.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and CRM tools; CAD knowledge is an advantage.
  • Sales experience, preferably in office furniture, design, decoration or related industries.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in new business development.
  • Availability to travel, including overnight stays.
  • Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented profile.
  • Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills.
  • High levels of integrity, accountability and professionalism.
  • Creative, curious and adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous learning.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, empathy and customer focus.
  • Committed team player with strong organizational engagement.
