Descrição

  • Lead the development of architectural concepts that meet project briefs and practical requirements.
  • Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts and technical documentation for project delivery.
  • Coordinate design information with internal teams and external project stakeholders.
  • Translate project requirements into clear design solutions that support effective decision-making.
  • Review plans and specifications to maintain consistency across design stages.
  • Monitor architectural deliverables and address design issues as they arise.
  • Contribute technical input during project planning and design reviews.
  • Ensure design outputs are organised, accurate and ready for use by project teams.

Perfil ideal

A successful 'Senior Architect' should have:

  • Strong capability in architectural design and technical drawing Supervision.
  • Sound judgement when reviewing design information and resolving architectural issues.
  • Experience coordinating architectural information across project stages.
  • Managing projects from pre-acquisition through to delivery and exit
  • Coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and public authorities
  • Overseeing project timelines, costs, quality and risk management
  • Monitoring development budgets and cash flows, ensuring alignment with the approved business plan
  • Supporting financing processes, lender requirements and reporting
  • Contributing to value engineering and optimisation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
