The Reporting Specialist is responsible for providing data-driven insights to improve performance across theShared Services Center (SSC). Collaborating with operational leaders in various functions (R2R, P2P, O2C, HR,etc.), the Reporting Specialist defines KPIs, standardizes reporting frameworks, and develops advanceddashboards to ensure actionable insights.
The Consolidation & Reporting Analyst will play a crucial role in providing financial insights, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role will collaborate closely with various departments, including finance, operations, and executive leadership, to coordinate, consolidate and report financial performance.
Reporting to the CFO, you will act as a strategic business partner, contributing to pricing strategies, enhancing product and customer profitability, and delivering data-driven insights to help shape key business decisions.
O nosso cliente (insurance), é uma Companhia Seguradora Multinacional que está a recrutar um Financial Reporting Analyst para os escritórios de Lisboa (Lisbon). Terá como principal responsabilidade a preparação de reporting deliverables relacionados com as demonstrações financeiras individuais e consolidadas em IFRS e reporte direto ao Head of Accounting & Transformation.
The R2R Senior Accountant is responsible for executing end‑to‑end Record to Report activities to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting within the Shared Services Center. The role supports monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, maintains high‑quality financial records, and ensures adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
This role will be responsible for running day-to-day finance operations and overseeing closing activities in coordination with the external accounting team, as well as managing AR, AP, and inventory activities, ensuring everything runs accurately and on time, both in Portugal and in the US.
The Intercompanies Accounting Specialist will play a key role in managing and optimizing intercompany accounting processes.
