This role is focused on supporting healthcare professionals, delivering product training, driving product adoption, and acting as a trusted partner to customers, ensuring the highest standards of clinical application and customer satisfaction.DescriçãoPromote application and trainings to ED customers, regarding new or already existing products, in order to maintain high standard of performance of the devices and customer satisfaction;Manages the relationship between the company and KDM and KOLs;Establishes and maintains relationships with customer´s management structure;Focuses actions on Value Selling, demonstrating a strong understanding of the company's product specifications and their impact on customers' health economics;Maintains a current and in-depth knowledge of all products in the range;In conjunction with Sales and FSE, ensures that new systems are installed efficiently and brought into routine use as quickly as possible;Build strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers, especially clinical customers including Key Opinion Leaders;Carry out all administrative duties and all necessary reports in a timely and diligent manner;Responsibility for customers across Southern Portugal, covering the territory from Torres Novas to the Algarve.Perfil idealBachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in the area of Echocardiography);Minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical or sales healthcare environment;Previous work experience in medical devices business is valued;Demonstrated experience and a track record of success in support of medical devices products will be a plus;Strong digital skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, etc);Excellent communication and presentation skills in English;Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and innovation-driven environment.VantagensExcellent opportunity to join a leading healthcare company and work with innovative ultrasound solutions.
