The company focuses on supporting global operations through efficient supply chain and procurement practices.DescriçãoSupervise execution of warehousing operations (Incoming Goods, Storage, Returns, Scrapping);Monitor transport's daily operations and local supply of finished goodsEnsure efficient and cost-effective logistics operationsMonitor supplier performance and keep KPI's update (example On-Time-In-Full for warehouse and transport)Ensure active inventory management including stock alignment between FME & our 3PLsManage stock aging together with local planning and business teamCheck and validate monthly files related to operations costsEnsure an appropriate and accurate communication with stakeholders (vendors, internal and external customer, and other FME function).Update operational and performance reporting files (example warehouse activities, transport complaints, returns)Manage inventory efficiently.Attend relevant meetings for local Supply Chain operations.Perfil idealA successful Service Support SC Operations should have:Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business Administration or similarMinimum +5 Years of experience in Medical Device/Pharma Logistics. At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing Supply Chain in the Spain and Portugal, in a department of an internationally operating corporation, with experience in S4H implementation, roll out and development.Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken .
