Descrição

Supervise execution of warehousing operations (Incoming Goods, Storage, Returns, Scrapping);

Monitor transport's daily operations and local supply of finished goods

Ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics operations

Monitor supplier performance and keep KPI's update (example On-Time-In-Full for warehouse and transport)

Ensure active inventory management including stock alignment between FME & our 3PLs

Manage stock aging together with local planning and business team

Check and validate monthly files related to operations costs

Ensure an appropriate and accurate communication with stakeholders (vendors, internal and external customer, and other FME function).

Update operational and performance reporting files (example warehouse activities, transport complaints, returns)

Manage inventory efficiently.

Attend relevant meetings for local Supply Chain operations.

Perfil ideal

A successful Service Support SC Operations should have:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business Administration or similar

Minimum +5 Years of experience in Medical Device/Pharma Logistics.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing Supply Chain in the Spain and Portugal, in a department of an internationally operating corporation, with experience in S4H implementation, roll out and development.

Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken . Portuguese positive to have.

Strong MS Office skills; mainly Excel, Projects and BI's

Experience with other relevant software (TMS, WMS, MM), with ability to learn new software applications and programs, will be considered an advantage.
