It offers opportunities to work on impactful projects and collaborate with experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.DescriçãoYou will work closely with IT, Security and Business stakeholders to build a scalable, secure, and user‑friendly workplace experience, covering architecture, migration, governance, automation, and operational excellence.Your responsibilities will include:Own the technical design of SharePoint Online (SPO) and OneDrive for Business (ODfB) as core Modern Workplace services.Lead the migration strategy and PoC/pilot executionDesign the information architecture: site structure, hubs, templates, metadata, content types, enterprise search configuration, and lifecycle management.Establish governance standardsAutomate operations using Azure automation patterns (e.g., Functions/Automation).Steer back logs and continuous improvements.Produce documentation and mentor engineers to elevate the internal capability.Perfil idealA successful Senior Modern Workplace Cloud Engineer should have:5+ years in Microsoft ecosystem engineering with 2+ years hands‑on in SharePoint Online and OneDrive in medium/large tenants.Proven experience working with a managed service provider / outsourced operating model.Proven experience in transition/migration projects to MS 365 (file system to sharepoint).Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 identity & access.Strong automation skills.
