Descrição

  • Lead and deliver Financial Due Diligence engagements on buy-side and sell-side transactions.
  • Analyse financial performance, working capital, cash flows, and key business drivers to identify risks and value drivers.
  • Review financial information and interact with management teams to understand business trends and performance.
  • Prepare and review client deliverables, including financial analyses, reports, and executive presentations.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Manage project teams, ensuring quality, deadlines, and client expectations are met.
  • Build strong client and internal relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Coach junior team members and support internal initiatives such as recruitment and training.



Perfil ideal

  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Services, Audit, or related advisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and their impact on transaction structuring and valuation.
  • Proven ability to analyse both financial and non-financial information and form well-supported conclusions.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and report-writing skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Solid client-facing experience, comfortable interacting with senior management and investors.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
