Our client is a real estate company operating in the luxury segment, working closely with developers and international clients.

Descrição

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales & marketing areas
  • Manage, create, and update property listings across multiple platforms, including regular sourcing of listings from partners and online platforms
  • Receive, verify, and route inbound leads from multiple sources (website, platforms, campaigns, referrals, and partners), ensuring accurate registration in CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Maintain and optimize CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain regular communication with agents and partners regarding new on-market and off-market listings and lead coordination
  • Support the preparation and management of CMIs, KYC processes, partnership agreements, and commercial documentation
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives
  • Prepare and organize commercial materials (presentations, brochures, content)
  • Act as a liaison between teams to ensure smooth and efficient commercial processes

Perfil ideal

  • 3-5 years of experience in operational support to sales and marketing
  • Mandatory experience within luxury real estate brokerage firms, with strong exposure to sales processes and CRM platforms
  • Comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships with agents, partners, and internal teams
  • Proactive, hands-on profile - able to provide reliable and relevant support to different people across the business
  • Availability to work 100% on-site
