We are looking for a talented R2R Supervisor to lead a team of three professionals responsible for executing accurate and timely Record-to-Report processes. This role is central to managing general accounting, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous process improvements within our fast-paced Shared Service Center.

As the R2R Supervisor, you will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes, build strong internal controls, and support system enhancements with SAP S/4 as the main ERP system. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your team and lead process transformation initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise the daily operations of a team of 3, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management.
  • Closing and Reporting: Manage all financial close activities, ensuring the accuracy of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting in compliance with IFRS/US GAAP.
  • Operations Management: Oversee general ledger accuracy, intercompany reconciliations, and statutory reporting for assigned entities.
  • Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls, supporting compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process efficiencies across the R2R function, leveraging SAP S/4 and advanced Excel tools for automation.

Perfil ideal

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA or ACCA qualification is a plus).
  • Advanced use of Excel (pivot tables, macros) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP and statutory compliance.
  • 5-10 years' experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Hands-on experience in shared service and multinational environments.
  • Expertise in ERP platforms, with a preference for SAP S/4
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and resolve issues.
  • Leadership abilities to mentor a team and drive operational excellence.
