We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join a fully remote, multicultural team. In this role, you will provide first-line support to Romanian-speaking customers, handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy. You will gather relevant information and coordinate with internal teams, including sales and after-sales, to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Descrição

  • Provide first-line customer support via phone in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist customers with questions and requests, ensuring a positive experience
  • Gather and register customer information accurately for follow-up by internal teams
  • Update and maintain customer records in internal systems
  • Support customer satisfaction follow-ups and basic surveys
  • Work closely with sales and after-sales teams, escalating requests when needed
  • Share basic product information and inform customers about company initiatives or events

Perfil ideal

  • You enjoy communicating with people and feel comfortable providing support over the phone
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Excellent Romanian language skills (native or near-native level)
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus)
  • Basic IT skills and confidence using tools such as Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer and service orientation with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Good time management skills, with a high sense of responsibility and work ethics
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn and grow professionally
