Working closely with the Head of Operations, Head of Finance & Administration and Office Assistant, you will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR processes while contributing to a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Our client is an international energy infrastructure group. The Group's digital business unit provides technology and digital services to its companies worldwide. As the organization continues to grow, they are looking for a People & Communication Officer to join the Lisbon office.

Descrição

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, development, wellbeing and offboarding.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, providing guidance on policies and employment topics.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll with the external provider and ensure accurate HR administration and employee records.
  • Manage employment contracts and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with Portuguese labour legislation and Group policies.
  • Support Compensation & Benefits, performance management, learning & development and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to employer branding, talent attraction and initiatives aimed at strengthening the company's culture and Employee Value Proposition.
  • Lead internal communication initiatives and coordinate team meetings, events and engagement activities.
  • Partner with local and international stakeholders to promote collaboration, knowledge sharing and a positive employee experience.

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a generalist HR, People Operations or HR Business Partner role.
  • Solid knowledge of payroll processes and HR administration.
  • Good knowledge of Portuguese employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working independently in a dynamic international environment.
  • Strong digital and IT skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
