Descrição

  • Process and validate payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy of time management data (attendance, absences, overtime, holidays, sickness, maternity and injury cases);
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in HRIS and payroll systems (e.g. SAP HR, ADP), in line with internal procedures;
  • Manage the employee lifecycle (hiring, contractual changes and terminations), ensuring compliance with Italian labour law and applicable collective agreements;
  • Support the monthly payroll cycle, including validation checks, reconciliations and statutory processes (e.g. UNIEMENS, 770, INAIL);
  • Monitor compliance with legal requirements and collective agreements (e.g. Ristorazione, Multiservizi, ANINSEI), escalating issues when needed;
  • Handle employee queries via ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs;
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment with local processes and requirements;
  • Maintain documentation, audit trails and support data quality checks, payroll audits and reconciliations (e.g. TFR, funds, contributions);
  • Contribute to process improvement, standardisation and digitalisation initiatives.

Perfil ideal

  • Degree in Economics, Law, HR or related field (or equivalent experience);
  • 2-4 years of experience in payroll or HR administration, preferably in structured/international environments;
  • Knowledge of Italian payroll processes, statutory requirements and collective agreements (preferred);
  • Experience with HRIS/payroll tools (SAP HR, ADP preferred) and good Excel skills;
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset;
  • Fluent in Italian and good command of English (written and spoken).
