Reporting to the Accounting and Payroll Manager your main duties will be:

Monthly administration and processing of EMEA payroll for direct and indirect employees in partnership with the in-country providers.

Ensure all legally required local taxes, Social Security contributions, and other deductions such as contributions to benefit are correctly withheld from individual paychecks.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the payroll department. Monitor compliance with approved policies and procedures. Contribution to the development of payroll related policies and procedures.

Ensure accurate accounting and reporting on all payroll related feeds to finance. Performing and overseeing accurate, correct, and timely payroll reconciliations and audits, and troubleshooting any arising issues. Ensure internal controls are in place and compliance.

Provide information on systems and processes, and guidance on issues as appropriate.

Provide support and manage back up as required for payroll functions and perform other related duties or projects as assigned.

Support the EMEA Payroll strategy of Operational Excellence and Continuous process Improvement

Perfil ideal

A successful Payroll Consultant EMEA should have:

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related work experience.

Experience of payroll processing - especially within international payroll.

Proficient in data management

English Speaker mandatory

Excellent analytical and operational skills, with attention for accuracy.

Experience in international company.

Highly self-motivated and directed with effective organisational skills and an ability to prioritise and execute multiple countries operations.

Flexible, results-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced environment.
