With a strong presence across the EMEA region, the company focuses on maintaining high standards in human resources and payroll management.DescriçãoReporting to the Accounting and Payroll Manager your main duties will be:Monthly administration and processing of EMEA payroll for direct and indirect employees in partnership with the in-country providers.Ensure all legally required local taxes, Social Security contributions, and other deductions such as contributions to benefit are correctly withheld from individual paychecks.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the payroll department. Monitor compliance with approved policies and procedures. Contribution to the development of payroll related policies and procedures.Ensure accurate accounting and reporting on all payroll related feeds to finance. Performing and overseeing accurate, correct, and timely payroll reconciliations and audits, and troubleshooting any arising issues.
