Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager your main responsibilities will be:

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the system.

Verify and update order details, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Communicate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies or issues.

Maintain accurate records of all order transactions.

Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed.

Adhere to deadlines and prioritise tasks in a high-volume environment.

Support the customer service team with administrative tasks as required.

Comply with all regulatory and company standards in the healthcare sector.

Perfil ideal

The ideal candidate should have:

Previous experience in order processing or a similar role within customer service.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

Familiarity with SAP or order management systems is advantageous.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
