Guardar Back to Search Descrição Resumo Ofertas Semelhantes Added 10/07/2026Multinational service provider within Legal, Regulatory, Taxation and Advisory.Looking for a Junior Fund Accounting Officer to join a new hub.Sobre o nosso clienteOur client is a multinational service provider within Legal, Regulatory, Taxation and Advisory.DescriçãoAssist in the preparation of Financial Statements, including disclosures, and support the delivery of other ad-hoc client requests;Perform bookkeeping activities, including the timely and accurate recording of transactions for private equity and other investment structures, under the guidance of senior team members;Support the calculation of Net Asset Value (NAV) and the preparation of quarterly, semi-annual and annual reporting packs in accordance with applicable accounting standards;Assist in the preparation of financial statements and supporting documentation for audit purposes;Liaise with external parties, including Investment Managers, auditors, banks and regulatory bodies, with support from senior colleagues where required;Develop an understanding of fund structures and the accounting treatment of related transactions;Perform quality checks and reviews of own work to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records and reporting deliverables;Support the onboarding of new entities into the accounting platform;Assist in the preparation of tax and VAT reporting;Assist in the preparation and submission of required regulatory and client reporting (e.g., client reporting, BCL and CSSF reporting);Ensure timely responses to client requests and internal queries;Communicate effectively with investment managers and other relevant stakeholders on day-to-day operational matters;Contribute to the fund reporting cycle, including the interpretation of fund governing documentation, day-to-day accounting activities, NAV calculations, periodic reporting and annual financial statements, under the supervision of senior team members.Perfil idealUp to 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Fund Administration (internships and relevant experience will be considered);University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a related field;Previous exposure to Accounting and/or Fund Administration is considered an advantage;Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting;Exposure to Private Equity, Real Estate or other investment structures is considered a plus;Familiarity with accounting standards such as IFRS, Lux GAAP and US GAAP would be advantageous;Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel;Knowledge of Investran is considered an asset;Fluency in English, both written and spoken;Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders via phone, email and face-to-face;Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail;Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines;Analytical mindset and willingness to develop problem-solving skills;Team player with a collaborative approach and the ability to work independently with appropriate guidance.VantagensA brand new project with exciting prospects of growth and development.Pesquise mais OfertasSofia BaptistaQuote job refJN-072026-7058945Resumo da FunçãoSetorAccountingSubsetorContabilistaAdicionar indústriaFinancial ServicesLocalizaçãoPortoTipo de contratoIndefinidoNome do ConsultorSofia BaptistaReferência da OfertaJN-072026-7058945Tipo de trabalhoTrabalho Remoto / Híbrido
