Descrição

  • Evaluate and analyze investment opportunities across multiple industries.
  • Build and maintain advanced financial models and valuation analyses.
  • Conduct market research, industry assessments, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Support financial, commercial, legal, and operational due diligence processes.
  • Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for investment committees.
  • Assist in the structuring and execution of investment transactions.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and support value creation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the investment process.
  • Contribute to strategic projects, portfolio reviews, and divestment analyses.



Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Strategy Consulting, or Asset Management.
  • Strong financial modelling and company valuation skills.
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
