Key Responsabilities:

  • Fixed Assets Management: Responsible for the end-to-end management of fixed assets, including asset capitalization, disposals, transfers, and accurate depreciation calculations in line with company policies;
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure full compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/local GAAP) and internal policies, maintaining strong control over fixed asset processes and supporting audit requirements;
  • Reconciliation & Financial Reporting: Perform regular reconciliation of fixed asset accounts, investigate discrepancies, and prepare accurate and timely reports for both internal stakeholders and external auditors;
  • Analysis & Business Support: Monitor and analyze asset-related data to identify trends and variances, support budgeting and forecasting of capital expenditures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on asset-related topics and projects;

Perfil ideal

What you bring:

  • Accounting Expertise: Experience in fixed assets or within Accounting & Finance roles, with a strong understanding of core accounting principles and standards applicable to asset management;
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in accounting systems and asset management tools, with Excel skills to support data accuracy, reporting, and process efficiency;
  • Attention to Detail & Organization: High level of accuracy in managing financial data, ensuring well-structured processes and strong organizational skills in handling multiple asset-related activities;
  • Collaboration & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional environments and communicate confidently in English (minimum B2 level);
