  • Drive the financial planning of all companies under his supervision;
  • Use financial data to challenge the business and contribute to operational decision-making having Shareholder Value Creation at the core of every decision;
  • Ensure cashflow is compatible with operations and financial obligations;
  • Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting according with HQ Standards;
  • Control and evaluate the organization's capital structure, revenue streams and cost drivers;
  • Manage Accounting, Treasury, Invoicing, Fiscal, Management Control and Reporting in the market;
  • Ensure project financial and economical monitoring;
  • Coordinate month closing processes ensuring deadline fulfilment, group policies implementation and accuracy of all financial statements;
  • Support Group close processes ensuring IFRS compliance;
  • Supervise all internal and external audits;
  • Coordinate consolidation of all entities;
  • Develop and implement best practices to ensure a well controlled yet flexible organization, specially leading the digitalization and automation of every financial process in the company;
  • Optimize, from HQ perspective, International revenue streams management;
  • Take ownership of all financial and operational reporting to Group and market leadership;
  • Supervise treasury management of all entities, ensuring cash-flow target achievement and constant roll-on forecast;
  • Perform risk management ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group;
  • Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures and prepare detailed reporting for the Group and market;
  • Providing leadership, direction and management of and accounting and finance;
  • Ensure full compliance with HQ Policies, Standards and Reporting obligations, supporting HQ monitorization of business.



Perfil ideal

  • Degree in Management or Accountant (MBA or Chartered Accounting certificate valued);
  • Experience as Finance Director or Finance Manager in a Group of companies managing several entities preferably in a multinational context;
  • Background in manufacturing, construction or logistics sector;
  • IFRS and consolidation experience is mandatory;
  • Experience with global teams and collaborating across multiple geographies;
  • Experience in Managing and Reporting to shareholder Group HQ valued;
  • Experience in Auditing in one of the Big Four;
  • At least 4 years of experience in managing finance departments (accounting, treasury and control management);
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work on a fast-pace environment where continuous innovation and growth are critical;
  • Hands-on profile complementing leadership skills with technical knowledge and experienced ability of actually doing it;
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills;
  • Highly process oriented, systematic and with attention to detail;
  • Fluent english speaker;
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
  • Resilient, adaptable and capable of working under pressure
