This is a corporate (holding) role and will play a key part in ensuring accurate group financial Consolidation, while also supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis and business partnering (FP&A).The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Descrição

Consolidation & Financial Reporting

  • Prepare and review group consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS;
  • Ensure accurate intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries.
  • Review reporting packages submitted by subsidiaries and business units.
  • Support the preparation of management, Board and external reporting.
  • Provide technical accounting guidance and opinions on complex accounting matters.
  • Manage and continuously improve consolidation and reporting systems.
  • Coordinate and review reporting packages from subsidiaries and business units.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and reporting deadlines.
  • Coordinate external audits and act as the primary point of contact for auditors.

FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Analyze financial performance (P&L, cash flow, KPIs).
  • Support strategic decision-making and business cases.
  • Management to Financial/Statutory Report Analysis.
  • EBITDA to Adjusted EBITDA Reconciliation and Analysis.
  • Analysis of Overheads and SG&A Costs by Cost Centre / Department.

Perfil ideal

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation and/or FP&A roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in multinational and multi-entity or Big 4 environment.
  • Experience with financial consolidation and reporting systems.
  • Solid analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
